Thanks for the suggestion. Sounds a bit too physical for me. Am starting with very basic meditation and mindfulness however may give Yoga a go with time. Will be very much small steps.

Yoga is great for the body and mind. It’s very restorative as well as a good workout – more challenging than a lot of people give it credit.
